PARENT QUESTIONNAIRE

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Each counselor has met with juniors regarding post-secondary planning. We will be
compiling and summarizing information in order to complete a counselor
recommendation in the fall. Parents’ perspectives can be very useful in portraying your
child in the best possible way. We are interested in your thoughts and feelings about
your child. The more we know, the better our ability to help guide your son or daughter
through the college selection and admissions process or whatever post-secondary
decisions he or she may be contemplating. Be funny; be serious; be honest; be proud. If
these particular questions are not helpful, then write us a letter. Thank you.
