Ride The Guilt

The poem describes how guilt rides the narrator and feeds on their scars and flaws. Guilt breaks the narrator's soul and fuels hatred within them, raining splinters of hateful words down upon them and thinning their blood. Trapped under the burden of life, the narrator loses grip on reality while denial swiftly flows in guilt's softly killing voice.

Ride the guilt

Shredding ties of bonds that beguiles , try to hold on but love never pacifies , theatric cries on my guilt she rides , solemn reason who sublime to treason..

Caged guilt who roars untamed breaks through the shackles and chains , pulls it out obedient on a leash , walks free in my cemetery of grief..

In my mind She rides my guilt , feeds the beast with the flesh of scars , opens burials of sleeping faults , stench of flaws infects with detests claws..

Breaking my soul loathe automates within , shrapnel of words rain splinters of hate , blood runs thin hatred fuels the poison , running away from my own shadow , I lay trapped under the burden of life..

None can see what I am going through , walking in my world where the sunlight never stares , as time waves past and I am lost in fond memories , losing my grip on reality and mislead..

Denial flows swift in her softly killing voice , gazing in her eyes i find my burned remains..
