First open report builder -----select wizard manner-----give query& db connections

Then select all fields as displayed fields and next------next-------finish It will open a form like below

Give parameters and see the out put Here u want to know about the parameters and add if possible p_conc_id and srw user exits in before and after parameter forms

Next Add then by using this create a executable and concprogram and then add this to requestgroup and then go to ur responsibilities and submit a request .. Follow the below screen shots ok

Here the parmeters

Goto apps with crediatials operations/welcome

Give ur credentials

It will open a resposbilities window

SELECT ONE RESPONSIBILITY

NEXT SELECT ONE FIELD IN RIGHT SIDE THEN WE GET THIS FORMS

NEXT WILL OPEN UR RESPONSIBIKITY WHAT U SELECTED

Next go to system admin and create exetutabe and conprogram

Give here here ur ------execuatable name what u want and short name and application and exe file name means ur rdf fie name with out extension ok and copy that shortname and give here

And fill that details and cick on parameters and then select ur parameters and add rthat token also give As below specified Ok

Token will be here in rdf paparmeters

Add similarly and then see that request group add that to ur requestgroup ok

Then click on define ---next we wil press f11 and write Re%Vi% We get this sreen and in this we have all request group and menu and data groups

Ok

Copy that request group imn notepad

Give that name s in request group window and then ctrl+f11

After this we can move our rd file to appropriate top Here is the path in my system

And then go to ur responsibility and then submit request. That is it we can get out put
