- put in ramikins and in water bath
- bake
- burn sugar on top

great taste.
What should I have done differently?
The sugar on top needs to be better distributed.
Reflections on learning:
Almost everyone serves crème brulee’s and it again another great useful thing to
master in a sense. Pretty basic.
