Quality Policy

We aim to deliver high quality garments to customers on time through cross-functional collaboration and continual process improvement. All employees understand the importance of delighting customers while respecting human needs. We established four rules to formulate and review quality objectives: 1) Specify all work details, 2) Ensure direct customer-supplier communication, 3) Keep product pathways simple and direct, 4) Make improvements using science at the lowest levels. This policy is communicated, understood, and reviewed within the company.

QUALITY POLICY
We practice cross-functional management with all employee participation to produce and deliver right Quality garment in right Quantity at right Time (QQT) to our customers. All of us have clearly understood the importance of continual improvement of the total process of our company to delight our customers while respecting the human needs. We have established a framework for formulating and reviewing the quality objectives with the help of following four basic rules. Rule 1: All work shall be specified as to content, sequence, timing and outcome. Rule 2: Every customer-supplier connection must be direct, and there must be unambiguous yes or no way to send requests and receive responses. Rule 3: The pathway for every product and service must be simple and direct. Rule 4: Any improvement must be made in accordance with the scientific method, under the guidance of the corporate trainer, at the lowest possible level in the company. This policy is communicated and understood within the company and is reviewed for continuing suitability.
