1. Staffing Plan Projects to update the phase wise (no. of associates, skills required and competency levels) and month wise staffing plan. The phase and month to be customized as appropriate to the project. The project may also provide link to the file/path to any other existing staffing plan maintained by them. Maintenance and Support projects may use the Capacity Planning template released in iQMS templates Manpower requirements are provided to RMG including phase wise request of the number of associates, role, time and duration and skill level (E0, E1,.. E4) through RGS in Ultimatix and the allocations will be reflected in Ultimatix.
