Develo/Pment Review Committee: Monday, December 29, 2008 9:30 A.M

The Development Review Committee will meet on December 29, 2008 at 9:30 AM in the 3rd floor conference room. Three development proposals will be reviewed: 1) The Harry Martin Tract proposes 2 lots on 1.11 acres in the R-200 zone, 2) Woodmont View proposes 1 lot on 0.52 acres in the PD-75 zone, and 3) Woodmont East - Phase Two proposes 1 lot on 2.48 acres in the CBD-2 zone. The next DRC meeting will be on January 26, 2008.
