OBJECTIVE:
To study various aspects of Strategic Performance Management. To study the Strategic Performance Management Practices exercised in various Service Sector Companies. To Design a Strategic Performance Management Plan For a Start up Service Sector Company.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
Sample Size: 14 Sample Type : Convenient Sampling, Service Sector Industries Only. Primary data: Through Questionnaire. Filled up by Hr managers, Executives and company people Secondary Data :Information was collected from the internet : search portals, Different Performance Management books , analysis tools etc.

ANALYSIS:
3-6 months for eligibility. 57% for yearly frequency. 57% opt Linear feedback 29% opt 360 degree feedback. 93% follow 5 point rating scale. 86% involve all the factors for evaluation.

43% rely on questionnaire 21% believe in face-to-face 93% follow goal setting. 36% follow forced distribution rating system. 80% follow quartilse rating. Online portals/HR release for communication

DESIGN FOR A START UP COMPANY


Service company Performance management will be exercised YEARLY. Eligible after 3 Months. The LINEAR FEEDBACK METHOD : middle and lower level employees 360 DEGREE FEEDBACK : top level employees. Five point rating scale . Goal setting

ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRES for all the employees FACE TO FACE INTERACTION for certain top level managers.

Work quality, Work knowledge, Communication skills, Commitment skills Leadership skills Decision making skills.
