The rate per item to be quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, packing, installation and forwarding and delivery charges. The required delivery period for the supply of the items and validity period for the rates quoted may be separately mentioned. It is also requested to quote only for the aforesaid items, otherwise, the quotation will not be considered. Any, form of certificate will not be issued. The C and D forms are not applicable in respect of this institution. Off-season and special discount, if any applicable to educational institutions may be indicated separately. Advance payment or payment against delivery is not possible.
