On this portion of the test, you will be entering your answers in the Answer column. Remember, this test is ONLY True/False. Also, the only way to insert your answer is either T or F. Good luck!

Learning Targets:
a. Set validation checks on data: This was done by going to Validation under the Data menu. This allowed you to only enter data in the 10 cells under Answer. In other words, you couldn't enter or edit anything except for your answers on the sheet. b. Use different features to protect data in a workbook i. Passwords: I used a password by going to Protect Sheet and Protect Workbook in the Tools menu. This made it so only people who knew my password would be able to get into and edit the information on the sheet. ii. Read Only Recommended: This was used so others can only get into my document, and they aren't able to edit anything, only view what I put in. c. Insert comments into a workbook: This was done by going to Comment under the Insert command. My comment is in cell C9. d. Insert hyperlinks to another workbook: This was done in this document, and the other workbook can be accessed by clicking on the hyperlink. e. Use an Excel Template: This wasn't required for us to do this Lesson.
