Create a style: To create a style you go to the Format menu and go to Styles, then click new or modify to create or modify a style. ii Drop Cap Command: I used Drop Caps to highlight my different paragraphs. You find Drop Caps in the Format menu. iii Ordered List: I used an ordered list because the steps must be done in a certain order. You find ordered and unordered lists in the Format menu in Bullets and Numbering. iv Shading: I used shading to highlight the important step. You find shading and boarders in the Format menu.

Unordered List: I used an unordered list because it doesn t matter what order you pack things in as long as you have them vi Boarders: I used a boarder to separate my picture from the rest of the text vii Two Column: I used two columns to make it look more like an article. You find this in the Columns button on the standard toolbar.
