will normally have clip fittings, and clip onto:

small bayonet candle bulb (SBC), which fits into:

candle tube, which fits over:

small bayonet lampholder (SBC)

BC Gimbel
Lampshades with fixed gimbels, normally sizes
from 8" to 16" diameter, screw onto:

bayonet cap lampholder, switched (EPB) or unswitched (BC)

Shades 8"-10" use 60W golf ball

Shades 11" and above use general

service bulb. Max 60W
