NSR is a scheme launched by NASSCOM to register all IT professionals in the country.

Hewlett Packard as a member of NASSCOM would like to encourage all its employees (current and prospective) to participate and enrol themselves in this scheme. Please go through the attachment and take necessary steps to register yourself by the time you join us. Once you have completed all formalities, you will be given an id card from NSDL. Do ensure to handover a copy of the same along with your other documents on the day of joining
1. Relieving letter from your previous employer (Original + Two Copies)**Mandatory**; In case you do not have the relieving letter on the DOJ, please bring a copy of the resignation acceptance mail from the manager, duly signed and sealed by the HR Manager on the letter head of the company. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Signed copy of the Employment Application Form Salary details of your previous employment (Original + Two Copies) Letters supporting prior Employment (Original + Two Copies) Mark Sheets & Certificates of educational qualifications {10th Onwards} (Original + Two Copies) Four passport size colour photographs. Copy of PAN Card or bring the application id for the PAN card applied. Copy of Passport.

9. Photo identity proof (for eg: PAN Card or Passport or Driving license etc) (Original + Two Copies) 10. NSR Registration Number 11. Current Address Proof to open a bank account for salary credit Copy of the Rental Agreement or Driving License or Voter's ID Card or Passport. 12. Get your parents' dates of birth for nomination in PF, Gratuity etc. 13. Employment Form hard copy (which is filled and sent to the HR before offer)

Note: The originals are required only for verification and will be returned immediately
