R-CROPSTAT R-CropStat is a computer program with a user-friendly interface designed for data management and basic statistical analysis

of experimental data. It makes use of the R language and environment and is intended to run in any operating system. Although currently, R-CropStat Beta Version (December 2011 Release), can only be run in Windows. R-CropStat Beta Version (December 2011 Release) provides modules for generating randomization and layout of experimental designs commonly used in crop research, data management and basic statistical analysis including descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, single site analysis and multi-environment analysis. The design features of R-CropStat include the main menu and dialog-box interface. Data, in spreadsheet form, can be viewed and edited in the DATA VIEW page. Log messages appear in the MESSAGE page. Menu and dialog box selections automatically create R scripts and generate results, which are displayed in the OUTPUT page.
