Lost Ones

It s sad she couldn t leave the same way she came She left us all with a feeling of sadness Left us all shocked with grief It s hard to understand how one second they re there And one second they re gone The one s we truly love are never gone You are lost to us now in reality But in our hearts you ll always be here Left us all with a weak feeling Like a turtle without a shell

Analysis
a. The allusion is the person that is mentioned in the poem referred to as she b. A tone word could be gloomy because it s about death c. The figurative language is a simile when they said the weak feeling is like a turtle without a shell. d. The theme is that anyone can leave at any second e. My interpretation of my poem is that its about someone being sad about someone s death and about the feeling they caused to many unintentionally when she left.
