This unit introduces students to the objectoriented analysis and design, which effectively combines instruction on software development processes, objectoriented technologies and the Unified Modelling Language (UML).

Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course students should be able to : Conduct investigation to define a problem by applying appropriate techniques, resources, and tools. Analyse the information gathered to define user/system requirements. Design models as a solution of an information system using UML. Manage a simple system development project in group using object-oriented system analysis & design approach.
