Shani, Finalise the attached agreement to meet the following main criteria;

1. Gloss owns course and deliver content 2. AIT will manage and administer the course and 3. Contract for partnership is 2 years (24 months) 4. 20% of course fees charged per participant (eg: $250 if course fee is $1250) 5. 50% of all profit after expenditure 6. Faculty lecture and resources person fees to be paid from course fee to individual resource person 7. All costs (air ticket, airport transfers, visa fees, board and lodging, etc.) paid by course fee to individual resource person 8. All marketing, administrative and course management costs should be covered by the course fee 9. AIT will collect fees and make payments to all parties

etcSubject Matter Experts (SME s) to Bangkok, Thailand, or other selected Course Delivery locations, as well as local subsistence costs of officially nominated GLOSS/AITE participants travelling to Course delivery locations on approved project-related work. All costs associated with the successful organization of essential project activities related to the official project launch, periodic review meetings, etc.
