Better educational facilities and schemes should be extended to women folk from government part. 3. Adequate training programmes on management skills to be provided to women community. Importance of women in business sector As there s a saying that behind every successful man there lies decisions of women , so as applies here to that behind every successful business there are many decisions of women as well as men . As its believe that a women is very good in decision making . According to the science , women are more sensitive than men in nature and thus this sensitive kind of nature helps them to carry out a truthful and smooth way of managing business activity s . Women in business , helps in faster development of a nation as first of al the country s labor resource (includes men and women ) will be completely utilized then they also act as a back bone for men in every activity of business for achieving prospective goals
