The company was founded in 1980 and quickly became successful in three particularly exacting areas aimed at a highly demanding market: calibrators, infrared thermometers and combustion gas analysers. Eurotron's administrative and operating headquarters are located in Sesto S. Giovanni, just outside Milan (Italy). The company's structure is designed to
dynamize its business, work according to ISO 9001 quality requirements, and constantly implement highlevel technical and scientific know-how, recognized on an international level. The story of Eurotron is marked both by technological and commercial successes. These have enabled the company to evolve into a group with connected structures throughout Italy and in various parts of the world. Research & Development
A synergic combination of profession skills, modern laboratory techniques and computing power: this is the relationship between human and structural resources which characterizes Eurotron's research and development department. Here, the products are designed and techniques patented for which the company is known and appreciated as a technological partner. The research activity is always aimed at concrete results and Eurotron's role as a specialist interface in modern industry. The customers requests are at the same time a stimulus and a challenge to do increasingly better, to look ahead and to improve even what seems to be perfect.
Production & Testing
A capacity to combine precision, efficiency, meticulousness and dynamism: this ability can be seen immediately by visiting the production lines, where only in-housetrained specialist technicians work. They are in charge of controlling state-of-the-art technological processes, many of which are exclusive to Eurotron since they were designed by the company itself. Its organization into laboratories and test rooms is another of Eurotron's strong points, which is also essential in order to comply with delivery methods and times. Tests are carried out to confirm top quality ruggedness, reliability and a competitive quality/price ratio. A twenty-year history 1980 EUROTRON Italiana S.r.l. was founded. The first patent (active circuit resistance 1983 simulation system). The first MicroCal 5 calibrator was made. 1986 Eurotron became the first Italian company to design a combustion gas analyser. GreenLine started. 1992 Eurotron decided to take on its "great challenge": a line of infrared thermometers. The IRtec range started. 1994 The corporate quality system was ISO 9001 certified. 1996 New 2300 sq.m. Complex. 2000 Eurotron became: EUROTRON Instruments S.p.A. .. Laboratories recognized by SIT. .. VISION2000 certification
