I have worked with Mainford for almost half a year. In this short time he has exhibited a great deal of commitment and dedication to his work. He has been able to learn the intricacies of the art of lecturing. His zeal to learn through intensive research and study has been quite remarkable. He interacts well with his students and they all have very good comments about him. Mainford has been able to demonstrate a very high ability to work under minimum supervision. He has not only been able to meet his teaching obligations but has also been able to carry out a variety of administrative duties. He is a very enthusiastic team player who compliments others in every task he embarks on. He has participated in a number of projects with his colleagues and they all testify on his ability, professionalism and good conduct. He is a very energetic and exuberant young man. Mainford has shown his interest in acquiring a Masters Degree Programme at your University. I believe it will be very good for her career advancement and knowledge acquisition.
