This list of books is all about animals and where they live and how they adapt to their different environments. These books can be used for any grades they go with the Foss kit for their modules Animals two by Two, Insects, Insects and plants, Plants and Animals and the Environment. Rumble in the Jungle

By Giles Andreae and David Wojtowycs This book is about the different animals in the jungle. It gives small descriptions and facts about the different animals that can be found in the jungle for example lions, elephants, zebra, snakes and giraffes and many more. This books a more like one big rhyming poem that the kids will love to read along to. Babies in the Bayou

by Jim Arnosky This book is all about the bayou. As the students read this book they will learn that the bayou is full of different animals. Some are furry some have sharp teeth, some swim, but one thing they all have in common is a mom to protect them and teach them how to survive in the bayou.

Animal Homes

by World Books Learning Ladders This books is full of fun facts about different animals.
