3. We will implement our first ever special schedule to accommodate final exams the last week of semester 1 (see details below). The purpose of this schedule, approved by SDM, is to draw attention to the importance of taking final exams and providing students with a structure to perform at optimal levels. To this end students are to meet in Advisory classes each day of final exams to recover from

morning tests and to prepare for afternoon exams. SDM has also voted to make Friday, February 2 a pupil free day to be used by teachers to grade final exams and enter grades. Periods designated final exams are NOT to be used for parties, videos, or anything not pertaining to a final exam.
