Fees Appeal

Dear Madam, LETTER OF APPEAL FOR PAYMENT OF FEES With due respect and obedience, I write to request a period of grace regarding payment of my outstanding fees in hopes that the good name of this office will approve. Due to financial difficulties since my admission to this university I pay my fees at the end of every semester, and Im currently in my final year. However, due to some unfavourable circumstances my outstanding balance has grown to RM3800 since the last semester, which leaves me unable to register for the current semester. I vow to pay the outstanding balance at the end of this semester, and I hope this office will grant me this period of grace as I am in my final year and cant afford to delay my study in any way.
