My opinion is that if you want to have a healthy hearth , besides you have to do regular exercise daily, you should maintain a regular diet in terms of vitamins and protein content , to exclude smoking and drinking excessive alcohol, should take care of your lifestyle. For example if you have a stressful job, an throughout the week you are worried that something goes wrong try in weekend , to detach from work and trying different ways to relax. Try to go somewhere in an area with fresh air away from the citys polluted air , away from the stress that you accumulate in traffic , try to go somewhere you feel confortable an forget problems . Freqent quarrels in the family , are again an issue that affects you , bouth cases .. sentimental and hearth on own because your nerves. So it all depends on your lives life environement
