1. Explain characteristics of project management. 2. Explain about criteria for using project management 3. Write a short note on system concepts and principles. 4. What is system approach? Explain in detail. 5. Explain modularisation with iterative analysis-synthesis-evaluation cycle. 6. Discuss about project feasibility. 7. Explain RFP and project proposal. Discuss content of both. 8. Consider a practical scenario and write contents of RFP and project proposal for the same. (Everybody should write a different scenario/example). 9. Discuss functional and non-functional requirements. 10. Compare user-requirement and system requirement with examples. 11. Explain Work breakdown structure in detail. 12. Draw and explain AON, AOA network diagrams. 13. Explain dummy activities. 14. Discuss late start time, late finish time, total slack and free slack in regard to project time planning.
