1. The terms and conditions outline the rules for a contest hosted on www.facebook.com/terenaallovehogaya, including participant eligibility requirements. 2. Terms S Conditions

1. Offer valid for legal residents of !ndia as on 1st Narch 2011, only.
2. Offer valid only on participation in the contest hosted on www.facebook.com/terenaallovehogaya for a specific period only.
3. The closing date can be extended at the sole discretion of Tera Naal Love Ho Caya Admins.
4. The offer is valid on the entries submitted at www.facebook.com/terenaallovehogaya in the format queried, along with the personal
contact details and in the format queried in the form by Tera Naal Love Ho Caya.
S. No cash claim / exchange can be made in lieu of the prize announced.
6. At the end of the contest period, the winner will be selected as per the criteria set by Tera Naal Love Ho Caya from amongst all the
respondents who participated in the contest on or before the closing date and the announcement of the winner will be communicated to the
winner via email within 30 days after the contest is closed, provided all the personal details asked for are submitted fully and correctly.
7. The gratification to the winner will be decided by Tera Naal Love Ho Caya.
8. This offer is not valid for the employees of Tera Naal Love Ho Caya.
3. Winner(s) is/ are responsible for arranging transport, delivery and insurance of their own Prize and all taxes, charges and fees in relation
thereto.
10. Winner(s) must redeem the Prize on or before the designated date stated on the redemption letter otherwise the Prize will be forfeited.
11. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other items and cannot be transferred to other persons.
12. To be eligible for the contest, registrants must be !ndian citizens or !ndian permanent residents aged 18 or above at the date of
registrations.
13. Tera Naal Love Ho Caya reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the contest rules or any part thereof at any time
without prior notification, and reserves the right to replace any prize with another offer up to equivalent value without notice.
