Instructions: Use the guidelines below to design a PowerPoint presentation for your Advisory Teacher.

You can take a SCREEN SHOT by using:

Slide #1: Your Title Slide


In this slide, please include:
 A Title (Large Text Box or Word Art) that says “Your
Name’s Grade Check Report)
 A text box with:
- Today’s Date
- Mr. Aguda’s Tech Class
- Your Tech class period
- “Prepared for: Your Advisory Teacher’s Name”
Slide #2: My Grades (screenshot)
In this slide, please include:
 A Title (Large Text Box or Word Art) that says “My
Grades”)
 A ScreenShot of the “Grades and Attendance” view of
PowerSchool
- Take a Screen Shot by pressing ALT-PRNT SCRN
- Paste it onto your PPT by CTRL-V

Slide #3: Successes


In this slide, please include:
 A Title (Large Text Box or Word Art) that says
“Successes”)
 A ScreenShot of your GRADES ONLY.
- CROP the image using the CROP tool.
 2-3 Text Boxes. 1 Text Box per class that you are doing
well in. Write 2-3 sentences about why you’re doing well.
 Arrows to point to the classes
Slide #4: Improvements
In this slide, please include:
 A Title (Large Text Box or Word Art) that says
“Improvements”)
 A ScreenShot of your GRADES ONLY.
- CROP the image using the CROP tool.
 2-3 Text Boxes. 1 Text Box per class that you are doing
well in. Write 2-3 sentences about how you are going to
imrpove. Use arrows too.
