It outlines three important points: 1) plagiarism will result in failure of the assignment and referral for disciplinary action. 2) Sources must be academic and from reputable publishers, no Wikipedia or similar sources allowed. 3) To receive an A, the paper must include additional outside information beyond the class text and analysis of the topics. Paper #5 Essay Questions

Write a 3-4 page, double-spaced paper. Please see the Study Guide
for Term Papers for format and general information. DJ NJT FJRGET
TJ INCLUDE A WJRKS CITED PAGE. Three important points:

PLAGIARISM or academic dishonesty of any kind will result in a
0 on the assignment, an F in the class, and a referral to
TMCC.

You may NOT use Wikipedia, Cliffsnotes, Sparksnotes, or anything
similar. Any outside sources that you use MUST be academic. For
the internet, this means addresses ending in .edu or .org. I
will not accept .com websites. For actual books, you should look
closely at the publisher to determine whether they are reputable.
A university publisher would fulfill this requirement.

An A paper will include more information than in the text. It
will also include ANALYSIS.

The Book of the Courtier by Castiglione advises the reader on
the qualities that were admired in the Renaissance. What
defines the ideal male. What defines an ideal lady. Which of
these ideals do we still hold today. (specifics, please!)
