Answer ALL Questions: Assignment 3

This document contains an assignment for an electrical engineering course. It asks students to define PROM, EPROM, and EEPROM, list characteristics of SRAM and DRAM, find specifications of a 27128 memory chip, draw its pin layout, and calculate addresses for different memory regions in a microprocessor system with EPROM, RAM, and I/O. Students are to answer questions about memory chip specifications and address calculations.
