Assignment Brief: As an employee in the Human Resource department of a medium to large-sized business, you have been asked to assist in the recruitment and selection of an individual for a particular job-role, and produce an appropriate induction and motivational package for the successful applicant. You need to produce a report, with supporting documentation, on how you approached this human- resource activity.
