Introduction and Overview For Customers
For those not connected to the internet, SIS data is available either from a library of SIS DVDs or when loaded to a Network SIS Server (on a LAN). Data on DVDs is updated monthly. All three versions of SIS require an Internet Browser to display SIS information. Parts lists can be created in SIS and parts ordered directly via a connection to PartStore. Service literature is organized into a repair logic scenario of educating, problem solving and repair and can be found under the heading Service Repair Information in via Document Structure.
