He believed that entrepreneur should never deviate from core business but should diversify it. This shows that he was an emotional entrepreneur. Missed opportunities Due to lack of manpower they were not able to grab certain opportunities. They lost various tenders in transportation business because of which they had to close down their Bombay office. At that time people were less educated, so it was difficult to find professionals. They wanted a family member to look out the business, but there was no one to handle it. So, they had to reduce the business. Since two years he appointed a person who is son of his family friend. Most of the business transactions were handled by that person as he was very capable. Through this he felt relaxed. He regrets if that person would have met before five years then the progress of the business would have been more better. Earlier there were 60-70 trucks which were used for transportation. Then slowly and gradually they sold the trucks and today they are hiring trucks on contarct basis.
