3. When is assimilation held? About 1-3 months after new manager is appointed 4. Who are the participants? 5. What are the steps?
1) 2) 3) 4) 5) New manager presents his consideration based on 4 questions. Facilitator collect opinions from his staff following basic questions. Facilitator explain results to the manager one by one. The manager answers their questions as much as possible.
