Step 1 : Download the SAP GUI 7.10 from the link below http://www.softwarelabaccess.com/freedownloads.html

Click on the above circled zip file SAP_ GUI_7.10 and Save in to your local hard disk (file size 421 MB) Enter few details to download.

Step 1.1 : Extract file into folder


By default the above downloaded file is in the zip format, you would require to unzip the file a. Right click on the saved folder - WinZip-> Extract to here. File extracted with folder name NW_7.0_Presentation

Step 2: Install GUI soft ware


2.1 Follow the path to install GUI NW_7.0_Presentation - PRES1 -> GUI->WINDOWS->WIN32 2.2 Double Click on SetupAll.exe to start install process

The following screen will appear

Click Next

Click Next , The following screen will appear

Installation in progress wait until process finished, until the following screen appears.

Click on Done After Installation the following icon appears on the Desk top

Step 4 : Access SAP Server


Double Click on the SAP Logon on your desktop, the following screen will appear

Click on New item the following screen appears

Click next, the following screen appears

Enter the following details Description Application Server System Number System ID Click Finish. Now you will see SAP server added in the sap log on pad : ECC 6.0 : < provided to you through mail> : < provided to you through mail> : < provided to you through mail>

Select ECC 6.0 and click on log on the following screen appears Enter User: xxxxxx < provided to you through mail > Password: xxxxxx < provided to you through mail >

Press enter after giving user name and password.

Log on process completed...
