Humancomputerinteraction 2

Human-computer interaction and user interface design are related in that they both focus on making systems easy for users to interact with and complete tasks. GUI and web page designs differ from each other in terms of user focus, tasks, conceptual space, interaction, navigation, and response time. Some factors that make a system difficult to use include inconsistent terminology, complex commands, and lack of feedback. Transition diagrams and state charts are both specification methods but transition diagrams show states and allowed transitions while state charts also include entry and exit actions. Touch screens, mice, and projectors are input devices while list off strategies are techniques for presenting options to users.
