The table above contains the XY value for each data


point. The values are derived from formula that cause
all of the points except the current employee to be
plotted of the edge of the chart.

The chart is an XY scatter chart. It contains a single


series with J3:K11 as its data source.
Both axis have a scale 0 - 10 with line and tick marks
set to none.

To populate the chart with the pictures you,


1. copy the appropriate picture
2. select the corresponding name in the list, this will
bring the matching data point to the center of the chart
3. click the data point once to select all data points
4. click the data point again to select specific data
point
5. paste picture on data point
Repeat for all items, this can be automatedwith a
macro.
Once this is done the pictures that appear on the
worksheet can be deleted or stored in a separate
workbook if required.

The description is obtained by creating a textbox within


the chart and linking the contents to the named range
