Sorting means arranges data in ascending or descending order enter data

select a cell right click a menu will appear

Select sort option A sub menu will appear Select a command which you want to apply 2nd Click on sort icon a menu will appear Select desire command

If you select A to Z you will get data in ascending order Custom sort Here we get a option of custom sort which allow us to arrange data according to our own wish Select custom sort option sort menu A dialog box will appear

Chose an order in which you sort data For example if you select marks to arrange data than it will ask about in which order

Smallest to largest marks

Filter: This command is used To get the required data in a large amount of data
Click on filter icon A menu will appear Select filter option

When you click on filter you will get a drop down list on selected columns

When you click on that icons a drop down list will appear

Now select an option for example if we select Ahmed it will just show data of Ahmed
