RFC - TMS Alert Error Message

An RFC communications error occurred when connecting from the system to the destination [email protected]_prd due to the SAP server being moved to a new server that changed the IP address but not the host name. The error can be resolved by checking and testing the RFC connections for tms in SM59, and refreshing the host name buffer in SM51 to update the stored IP address.
