iCandi plans to Launch Official Website

Champaign, IL, November 27, 2007- iCandi is pleased to announce the launch of its new
website. iCandi is one of the University of Illinois’s newest registered student
organization. It is an organization that seeks to help students who are interested in a
career in event planning. iCandi is open to all majors but specifically targets students
who’s focus is in communications and urban planning.

A launch of a new web site is a great stepping stone for iCandi. Only begin established
for about a month, iCandi has already doubled their number of members. Having an
official website, iCandi hopes to reach more and continue their growth. Having a website
is very important because it develops two-way communication marketing, and it is more
convenient than print advertising.

“I’m very excited and please to learn about the launch of the newly developed website.
iCandi is such great group that will be very beneficial for students like myself. I’m glad
that they have developed a website. This will allow more people to be reached and learn
about the services that iCandi provides,” says Charolette Denson, a senior advertising major at the
university. iCandi has decided to launch their website at the end of January 2008. The website will serve as a
media outlet for those who are interested events and activities that will be taking place. The website will be
available and updated regularly as events are announced.
