Office Order

It is hereby informed to all concerned that for the DEP Examinations


scheduled from September 19, 2007 across the country, the following
timing are to be adhered to:

Morning Session 0930 hrs to 1230 hrs (9:30 am -12:30 pm)


Evening Session 1430 hrs to 1730 hrs (2:30 pm - 5:30 pm)

All examination centers may be directed by the concerned Regional


Center to start answer sheet distribution at 0915 hrs in the morning
session and 1415 hrs in the evening session to give ample time to the
students for filling the OMR sheet carefully. Question papers would be
distributed only at the scheduled time.

It must be ensured that the students fill the OMR sheet carefully and in
case any mistake is made in Roll no or paper ID, the answer-sheet of the
student may be replaced.

Students are required to report to the examination center at least 30 mins


prior to the start of the examinations.
