Good morning L &G, in this very special occasion, I would like to introduce the speaker to you. His name is Mr. Hassan, . Mr.Hassan would like to present his report about Human Resources Development. Mr.Hassan, please, would you please, the floor is yours.

L & G that was the report from Mr Hassan about Human Resources Development. Now lets continue to the session questions and answers. Before you ask a question or give a comment, please raise your hand, mention your name and your institution. For the first session Id like to give it to three people. Yes please, the gentleman on the right, the lady on the second row, etc.
