OBJECTIVE:To design a web based software for customer management in an organisation TOOLS/PLATFORMS: Hardware Requirement Processor Memory Cache Memory Hard Disk Software Requirement Operating System Framework Font-End Tool Back End Tool : Windows XP ,Win 2000,Vista,Win 7 and above : .NET 4.0 :ASP.NET 4.0 , C# , Crystal Report :SQL SERVER 2008 : : : : Pentium 4 or above 256MB RAM or above 226 KB or above 200 MB Hard disk.

OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT: Customer management in manufacturing company is very important. I have tried my best to make the complicated process of customer management as simple as possible with easy UI for user using .NET framework and object oriented programming. Key Features Are: To keep the info of the customers. To add, delete and update the record of the customers. To provide a promotional offer to a customers based on provide info. To measure the customer care representatives performance. Manager can see customer care representatives performance as a report. Access from anywhere and any system through internet. User can access through mobile if they have internet on mobile device.

SCOPE OF FUTURE APPLICATION Customer management, web based software easy to manage customers info as well as measure customer care representatives performance as an interactive report. User can use this software from any internet enable device and utilize software capability. This software has intuitive UI which make easy for user to use.
