LUDHIANA AS A PART OF OUR COURSE CURRICULUM . THE GROUP IS TO UNDERTAKE IT IS LOCATED ON AMRITSAR-DELHI G.T. ROAD (NH-1) AND AMRITSARTHE PLANNING AND DESIGNING OF A RESIDENTIAL SITE PROPOSED IN THE MASTER AMBALA RAILWAY LINE WHICH ARE CONSIDERED THE BACK BONE OF THE STATE. PLAN OF LUDHIANA (2011-31). THE PROJECTED POPULATION OF THE CITY IS 36,01,490 BY THE YEAR
PROPOSED SITE
THE SITE WILL BE DEVELOPED AS THE RESIDENTIAL SITE PROPOSED AS PER THE GUIDELINES OF THE PROPOSED MASTER PLAN OF LUDHIANA CITY THE MAJOR HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SITE ARE AS FOLLOWS . THE SITE IS LOCATED IN THE SOUTH WEST DIRECTION IN LUDHIANA ALONG GILL ROAD. THE TOTAL AREA OF THE SITE IS 300 ACRE.(AS PER THE PROPOSED MASTER PLAN (2011-31). THE SITE PROPOSED FOR ALONG GILL ROAD WILL BE DEVELOPED IN THE SECOND PHASE OF MASTER PLAN (2016-2020).

THE RESIDENTIAL AREA IN THE SECTOR CONCEPT OF CHANDIGARH THERE ARE A TOTAL 92 RESIDENTIAL SECTORS PROPOSED IN THE CITY THE APPROXIMATE AREA OF THE ONE SECTOR IS 96 HECTARES .
