What is TMP?
It is based on: - Accelerated development of talents. - A structured process of training, development and evaluation program.

How does it work?


Successful applicants undergo a 1 year Talent Management Program. Attached with various departments in the Group to gain exposure and insight. Trainee's performance evaluated throughout the program. Those who excel will be placed in a department which best fits the group's requirements and the trainee's capability set.

How will I benefit from the program?


Accelerated learning opportunities and growth. Increased competency levels. Prioritised selection for internal and external courses, workshops, seminars, conferences. Exposure t action learning strategic projects with cross-functional roles. Gain valuable exposure from specialist or rotational placements across different business units of the company.

How do I qualify for this program?


A Degree, preferably in Journalism / Mass Communication, Business / Commerce / Accounting & Finance / Creative Arts / Law / English Literature or Marketing with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd class upper qualification. Must display strong leadership qualities, self confidence, initiative, dynamism and creativity. Self starter, result oriented and highly mobile. Shows passion, high-energy level and enthusiasm.
