Concrete Mix Design - M60 Grade of Concrete (OPC 53 Grade)

This document provides a concrete mix design for M60 grade concrete using OPC 53 grade cement. It includes the design stipulations, test data for ingredients, and quantities of ingredients. The mix design aims for a 28-day characteristic compressive strength of 60 N/mm2. The mix proportions are 0.24 water-to-cement ratio, 1.06 coarse aggregates-to-cement ratio, and 0.30 fine aggregates-to-cement ratio. Testing of cubes made from this mix design achieved compressive strengths of 40.98 N/mm2 at 3 days and 70.96 N/mm2 at 28 days.
