• Yellow copy of Arrastre Cash Invoice
ABCO Cargo Procedures
• Verification, encoding of BL’s
• Issuance of appropriate invoices from
encoded BL’s
• Collector generates PPA Official

Major concern areas:
1. Intranet/internet connection is too slow
2. Insufficient number of personnel
