Dont make copy and paste from Report Use bullets to mention main points You could explain based on points Justify Text Slide background: white (no color or fancy background, if it is academic purpose). For organizational presentation, you could use color and fancy background

You must use Monogram of University/Organization You must use Main title, date, venue in the first slide You must use Presenter (s) name, Supervisors name 6 to 8 lines per slide Figures and tables would be come up in slides with priority You could focus the following Headlines: Introduction, Literature Review, Research Methodology, Data Analysis, Discussion, Conclusion

Presenter Style
Look at audience during presentation Try to create interest from audience Audience will look at you, explanation would come up from you Good attire (Executive dress) Be slow and steady Clear accent After presentation, you could express Thanks and then invite audience to ask query

Audience Style
Be attentive and silent Be friendly Dont interrupt during presentation Dont ask any unwanted, burdensome question Before asking question, you could mention Thanks for your nice presentation Never do any argument with presenter Never use I during argument (e.g. I think that)
