01. i am pleased to confirm that at a recent formal

management committee meeting ie (date of meeting, in this
case 23rd november 2005) your application for full
membership of the society was approved.
02. welcome to western college players - we all hope your
time with us will be both interesting and rewarding.of course
full membership also brings on you special responsibilities - i
enclose a copy of our rule book for your information/action. do
please note rule 4 and in particular rule 4b (ii) (page 2).
03. as a full member, you are entitled, amongst other
things, to attend agms and have a say and a vote in the
business of the society. however the next agm is not
scheduled until september 2006
04. to actually commence your membership you now
need to pay your subscription which is calculated on a pro rata
basis for the remaining period of our membership year (ie up
to 31st july5/365ths of £10.30. so if you would let me have a
cheque for this amount made payable to “western college
players”, - ill then pass it to the treasurer who will send you a
receipt. and that will be it.
