The incharges of several BHUs in Multan district have written to the district monitoring officer requesting that Mr. Tahir Pahur be replaced in his role of data evaluation and compilation. For the past 3 years, Mr. Pahir has only checked the same BHUs without rotation to different areas, against policy. The incharges and staff are dissatisfied with Mr. Pahir's attitude and behavior, as he has misbehaved with doctors and staff, interfered administratively, and misbehaved with female staff. Replacing Mr. Pahir is requested to maintain a positive working environment.

To The District Monitoring officer, Multan. SUBJECT: REPLACEMENT OF DUTY OF MR. TAHIR PAHUR.

Respected sir, It is stated that Mr. Tahir Pahur is fulfilling the responsibility of data evaluation and compilation of a No. of BHUs of Multan District. For the last 3 years he is checking the same BHUs and he has not been rotated. Which is contrary to the policy as other monitoring officers are being continuously rotated and given different belts of BHU's. Sir, we all are, altogether, unsatisfied with the attitude and behavior of Mr. Tahir Pahur. He not only had misbehaved with a Number of Doctors and staff members but also unduly tries to interfere within the administrative pattern of BHU's. He had even misbehaved with the female staff and because he is fulfilling the responsibility of data evaluation and compilation for the past 3 years, he now things that if he is the sole authority and is trying to act beyond his role and scope. We, therefore, the incharges of the BHU's demand that Mr. Tahir Pahur should be replace with some other person in order to maintain the working environment of the BHU's.
