CORRECT CHARTS/NAUTICAL PUBLICATIONS USING WEEKLY NOTICES TO MARINERS, TEMPORARY, AND PRELIMINARY NOTICES. 3. MAKE SURE THAT CHARTS ARE HANDLED WITH CARE AND ARE MAINTAINED. 4. DEMONSTRATE HOW NAVIGATIONAL WARNINGS, TEMPORARY, AND PRELIMINARY NOTICES ARE DEALT ONBOARD. NO TRACKS OTHER THAN THE SHIPS TRACK SHOULD BE PRESENT. 3. PEN SHOULD NOT BE USED ON THE CHART EXCEPT FOR CORRECTING THE CHART.WE SHOULD NOT WRITE ON ANY PAPER KEPT OVER THE CHART. 4.
